Internal Surface Coating
Hardide coatings are deposited uniformly on internal surfaces and complex geometries.
This allows the coating of internal diameters and complex shapes such as actuator threads, hydraulic cylinders, valves and pumps. Engineers can revise designs and increase component complexity in the knowledge that Hardide can be applied exactly where it is needed.

Hardide can coat internal and complex shapes uniformly. The yellow areas illustrate where the Hardide coating can be targeted on the internal surface/s of a basic bent pipe.
