The Chemical Vapour Deposition application process means that the coating crystallises uniformly across the surface of the part and can achieve full coverage of difficult to reach areas and complex geometries that cannot be coated by other treatment methods.
The coating can be targeted to reach designated (selected) surfaces and high aspect ratio internal surface of intricate components, enabling new design possibilities for components used in demanding environments.
